Christmas trees ❅

Hoy les traigo un nuevo post de estilo personal, las fotos fueron tomadas el día que fuimos a comprar el arbolito de Navidad, por lo que las fotos terminaron siendo bastante festivas.

En esta ocasión quise combinar justamente dos colores que tienden a ser relacionados con diciembre y por esta razón no muchas personas se atreven a juntarlos, el rojo y el verde. Para quienes no lo sepan, estos tonos son complementarios, por lo que combinan perfectamente, el truco para lograr no parecer la Sra. Claus es saber jugar con las tonalidades de los mismos.

Para comenzar, utilicé un verde inclinado al militar alejándome del tono vibrante relacionado con Navidad. Por el otro lado, el rojo lo utilicé en poca medida con el estampado de mi camisa y los complementos más orientados al vino tinto, como mi cartera, de esta forma logro que la combinación no sea tan alusiva a diciembre, incluso teniendo un montón de arbolitos alrededor.

Muchas veces no nos atrevemos a utilizar dos colores juntos por miedo a lo que puedan aparentar o por ser muy chillones, la clave está en intentar distintas tonalidades de los mismos hasta lograr dar con los matices que reflejen nuestro estilo.

Today I bring you a new personal style, post, the photos were taken the day I bought the Christmas tree, so the photos ended up being quite festive.

This time I wanted to combine two colors that tend to be related to December and therefore not many people dare to match them, red and green. For those who don’t know, these colors are complementary, so they combine perfectly, the trick to not look like Mrs. Claus is knowing how to play with their shades.

To begin, I’m wearing a military green far away from the vibrant green tone associated with Christmas. On the other hand, I used red only on my shirt pattern and the accessories were more oriented to red wine. This way I get that the combination is not as alluding to December, even with a lot of Christmas trees around.

Many times we hesitate to use two colors together for the fear of what we think they represent, the key is to try different shades of the same color until we find the one that reflect our style.
